In 2008, working at Teleflora as a custom eFlorist website developer, I was given an opportunity to switch my career path to internet marketing for a Top 100 shop.  I dived into a challenging, ever-changing field.  My goal, conversion optimization.  In other words, to leverage all the goodies available to us on the internet to help florists be found in searches, be clicked on, and be given that order.

Through the past 9 years, I’ve been concerned that the smaller shops could not afford my services.  I knew they needed them the most.  So I’ve been working on a program aimed at florists of all sizes, from the smallest rural shop to the Top 50 shops.

This new program is a do-it-yourself, step-by-step to-do list that can be accomplished by anyone on staff with rudimentary computer and grammar skills.  Each month I will offer a quick list that can be accomplished in 4 hours a month, or one hour a week.  For shops who are a little or a lot further along, I will be adding social media strategies, pay per click tutorials, and email marketing plans.  I’ll also offer website and marketing audits and one-on-one phone meetings as well as weekly mini-webinars.  Some of these things will be add-on services and some will be included in your membership.  I’m also looking for a few florists willing to be test cases in exchange for free membership!

So try the first month on me, and if you like what you see, sign up and grow your business with advice from an internet marketing consultant with experience working exclusively with florists!
